Edmond first came to Blueprint Youth UK in 2014 as a young participant and has grown with the organisation ever since. Now a Director, he brings valuable insight from his lived experience as a young Black man with autism — offering real-world perspectives on the challenges many young people face today.

Curious, creative and politically engaged, Edmond has a sharp ability to get to the heart of an issue. His thoughtful perspective and joyful energy make him a vital part of the team dynamic. He’s known for uplifting conversations, a great sense of humour — and a serious love of cake.



Edmond holds a 2:1 Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Design and Prop Making and brings originality and imagination to everything he does. He’s also taken on the role of minute-taker at Board Meetings, developing his written communication skills as part of his ongoing professional growth.
