Ali...More info
Ali will be joining Blueprint Youth UK in January 2026, after first connecting with us through delivering neurodiversity awareness training. She brings a wealth of experience from a long career in education, including teaching in specialist neurodiversity settings, working as an advisory teacher for a local authority, and lecturing on Bristol University’s professional programme.
Ali has a deep understanding of the challenges young people face, particularly those who are neurodivergent and navigating systems that are not designed with them in mind. She strongly believes in supporting young people to build confidence, resilience, and practical skills, while staying true to who they are. This belief closely reflects the values and approach of Blueprint Youth UK.
She now chairs our Board and plays a key role in guiding the organisation as it continues to develop and deliver the PARC Coaching Method. With experience as both a Trustee and Director for charities, Ali brings a pragmatic, thoughtful, and positive perspective to the Board.
Ali is known for her calm and encouraging style. She supports the team to think clearly, adapt when challenges arise, and keep moving forward with purpose and integrity.
